Ordering and Processing
When you place an order, you will receive order confirmation details. We will process most orders within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during promotional periods or when items are temporarily out of stock; if an item cannot be fulfilled we will notify you and advise on options.
Pricing, Taxes and Duties
Prices shown on product pages are presented in CAD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout for Canadian orders. If you are ordering from outside Canada you may be responsible for import duties, taxes or fees charged by your local customs authority; these charges are not collected by toniesboxs Store and are your responsibility.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping transit estimates are provided on product pages where available and depend on your delivery address. Typical transit windows are 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by local conditions.
Returns and Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds for returned items are issued after we receive and inspect the items; please allow up to 7 business days for refund processing. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or agreed case-by-case.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, toniesboxs Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for direct losses arising from defective products is limited to the purchase price of the product.
