We process new orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery times are estimates: generally 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States. Returns & Support
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we explicitly state otherwise. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos and order details so we can advise on the next steps. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item; allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
